The Model Y L is a six-seat, long-wheelbase Model Y: two front seats, two second-row captain's chairs and a two-seat third row. It was introduced in China in June 2025, reached Australia and New Zealand in March 2026, and launched in the United States in July 2026. It uses the 16-inch 2560 x 1440 center display and an 8-inch rear screen.
Because the wheelbase, floor plan, cargo area and roof aperture are all unique to it, most molded parts have to be tooled specifically, and very few have been. Rather than present five-seat parts as near-enough, this page splits the categories into what transfers and what does not.

How to buy for a car the market has not caught up with
- Prefer shape-agnostic products — soft organizers, insulated bags, non-slip mats, clear protection film. They do not depend on a molded fit.
- Buy single pieces rather than full sets when fitment is unpublished, so a wrong guess costs little.
- Never trim a molded part to fit. A cut edge no longer contains water, and in a footwell a trimmed mat can move.
- For sills and the trunk lip, cut clear paint protection film from a roll. Invisible, cheap, removable, and it protects against the scraping that actually causes damage.
When this page will change
Tooling follows volume, and this car only reached the US market in July 2026. We expect the cargo and sill categories to fill out through 2027, and we will rewrite these pages as real products appear rather than padding them now.
