Privacy policy

Short version: analytics, an affiliate cookie set by the retailer, and whatever you type into the contact form. Nothing else.

Last reviewed October 2, 2026

This policy covers Frunk & Flow at frunkandflow.com, operated by MadGrey LLC. It describes what is collected when you visit, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and which links get clicked. It records things like the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device type and browser, and how you arrived. We do not use it to identify you individually and we do not try to.
  • Affiliate click events. When you click a product link, we record that a click happened on that page, to which retailer, and for which product. This is how we know which recommendations are actually useful. It is not tied to your identity.
  • What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We keep it so we can reply and so we can track whether a reported error was fixed.
  • Spam-prevention signals. The contact form records how long the page was open before submission and your IP address is used for a short-lived rate limit. Both exist solely to stop automated submissions, and neither is stored long-term or used for anything else.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store payment details — purchases happen on the retailer's site, never here. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to log into and no password to store. We do not sell, rent or trade data about you to anyone, and we do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies

Two kinds of cookie touch your visit. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart. And when you click through to a retailer, that retailer sets an affiliate cookie on their own domain which records that you arrived from us, so the commission is attributed correctly if you buy. That cookie is set by Amazon, not by us, and is governed by Amazon's privacy policy. Our own /go/ redirect sets no cookie of its own.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or tracking-prevention setting. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect anything on this site except our ability to count the visit.

Third parties

  • Google Analytics — site analytics. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
  • Amazon — the retailer we link to and the affiliate program we participate in. Once you click through, you are on Amazon's site under Amazon's privacy policy.
  • Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are processed as part of serving the site securely.
  • Microsoft — contact form email is delivered through Microsoft 365. Your message passes through and is stored in that mailbox.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics retention period. Contact-form email is kept as long as it is useful for replying and for tracking corrections — if you would rather it were deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it. Rate-limit records live in server memory for at most an hour.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, or to receive a copy. In practice the only personal information we are likely to hold is an email exchange. To exercise any of these, email contact@frunkandflow.com and we will deal with it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

This site is written for adults buying car accessories and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially — a new third party, a new category of data — the date at the top of this page changes with it. Checking that date is the reliable way to know whether anything has moved.
