Tell us what we got wrong

One inbox, read by the person who writes the site. Corrections go to the front of the queue.

Last reviewed October 2, 2026

The only contact channel for Frunk & Flow is email: contact@frunkandflow.com. There is no phone number and no mailing address, because this is a two-person publication rather than a storefront, and publishing a number nobody answers would waste your time.

What to use it for

  • Corrections. The most valuable mail we get. These cars change without announcement and a page that was accurate in October can be wrong by March. If you own the car, the model year and build date from the sticker on your driver's door jamb is the single most useful thing you can include — it tells us which generation a claim is wrong for.
  • Fitment questions. If you cannot work out from the fitment pages whether a part suits your car, ask. If the answer is not already on the site, that usually means the site has a gap and the answer becomes a page.
  • A product we should look at. Especially for the Model Y L, where the aftermarket is still thin and a genuinely good part is easy to miss. Tell us what you found and what it fits.
  • Something about a link or the disclosure. If a link on this site is not labeled properly, or the disclosure is not where you would expect it, we want to know.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell anything, so we cannot look up an order, process a return or chase a shipment — those go to the retailer you bought from. We are not affiliated with Tesla and cannot help with a service appointment, a warranty claim or anything to do with the car itself. And we do not accept sponsored posts, paid placements, guest articles or link insertions; mail about those is not answered.

Who reads it

Brijon M., who writes every page here. Expect a reply within a few days for anything that needs one. Corrections usually get acted on faster than they get replied to, so if you see the page change before you hear back, that is why.
